These terms and conditions apply to all advertisements submitted to the publisher. The first advertisement submitted to the publisher for publication shall not be deemed to have been accepted unless and till it is either confirmed in writing by the publisher or the campaign commences and therefore the 1st advert appears in the relevant publication. By submitting an advert to the publisher, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and therefore the rate card, although it's acting as an agent or purchaser for the particular publiciser. For the avoidance of doubt, the customer’s normal terms and conditions of purchase or any other normal terms and conditions shall not apply.
All the information given by the user or the advertiser is considered to be in good faith. The sincerity of the intention of the user or advertiser is not suspected. The advertisement contents are considered to be true and according to the laws of India. The user has to compensate the newspaper or the website if any legal or civil issues arise due to the publication of the given advertisement.
Chauhan Media reserves the sole right to offer or decline schemes, offers, new features, products, promotional packages, or discounts to any current or upcoming media via known or unknown mode.
The preview of an advertisement shown to the user is a suggestive preview of the ad. It may differ from the original publication of the ad. Chauhan Media will not be responsible for such a change.
The organisation should hold this responsibility. The organisation states that disputes over such matters will not be praised.
Compensation
Any compensation or claim will not be accepted by Chauhan Media by the user if it is the result of any third-party action.
Cancellation Policy and Procedures
The cancellation process of Chauhan Media will be completely an offline process. It depends on the status of the ad, whether it has been forwarded or is in the process of being published in the newspaper.
Only 48 hours from the booking date will be given to raise any kind of cancellation. A 5% charge will be deducted for cancellation.
For the cancellation of any ad request, users have to send a written application for cancellation to the customer care services of Chauhan Media.
If the request is accepted, then the user will get a complete refund of the unpublished or disputed ads.
Limitation of Liability
Chauhan Media isn't responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the employment or lack of use of the fabric on this website. This includes, but isn't restricted to, the loss of information or loss of profit, albeit Chauhan Media was suggested as the likelihood of such damages.
Chauhan Media will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or misuse of your personal data, regardless of what is stated in these terms of service. Chauhan Media, its administrators, staff, or agents, are not liable for any loss, injury, expense, or legal proceedings resulting from access to or use of this website or any website linked to the current site.
Modifications

Rescheduling of the advertisement
Chauhan Media holds the right to change, reject, and reschedule any advertisement that has not received any previous acceptance.
Taxes and expenses
Users will be responsible for all the taxes and costs that arise from the use of the services of Chauhan Media.
Chauhan Media may add or remove the fees for the services.
Missed advertisement

Chauhan Media makes no warranty that the service can utterly fulfil a user's needs, that the service is going to be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; nor will Chauhan Media create any warranty on the results that will be obtained from the usage of the service or on the accuracy or dependability of any data obtained from the service.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions, and therefore the relationship between the user and Chauhanmedia.com, are going to be ruled by the laws of the State of Delhi, without its conflict of law provisions. All disputes between users and Chauhanmedia.com fall at intervals in the view of the jurisdiction of the courts situated at intervals in the State of Delhi.
Filing of Claims
The user agrees that the filing of any claim regarding any contrary against Chauhan Media should be within 15 days of the agreement.
Advertisement Acceptance
Chauhan Media will only accept advertisements in support of the site's featured publications.
Chauhan Media will not be responsible for any kind of delay caused by the publication in the discharge of the services of the user.
Reporting of Violations of Terms and Conditions
